Download and install the Event Espresso Apple iOS app to your compatible device for ticket scanning, attendee check-in and attendance tracking.
With Event Espresso installed, you can open the mobile app and use your WordPress user credentials to connect the app to your own website.
You can scan for a specific event or any event on your website. Just click "scan" and point the camera to the QR code. Upon scanning, information about the attendee will be displayed along with a green (successful) or red (unsuccessful) indicator, validating the ticket and checking-in the attendee to that event.
Even without a ticket, you can look up attendees by their information and manually check them in to the event.
For group registrations, additional attendees linked to the primary registration are listed below it, allowing for independent check-ins from the current record.
If you have an event with multiple datetimes assigned to it, you can easily select the desired datetime to check-in attendees
